With more than 15 years experience, Mark has a detailed knowledge of the telecoms industry, ranging from traditional call recording through to the latest, most cutting edge technology.
Mark founded Sigma VS in 2005, with the clear aim of providing bespoke telephony solutions that can be rapidly developed and deployed into businesses.
Mark began his career setting up the European operations for a traditional call recording company. Subsequent senior positions within the sector, including high end consultancy, developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
With more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry, Doug has an extensive knowledge of the insurance claims area. He was a claims Director for an insurance company, as well as being a Director of the Motor Insurance Bureau (MIB).
Doug has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and has been a key figure in the conception of several businesses.
Doug joined Sigma VS in 2006 and has not only been instrumental in the development of the business, but also in its’ continued success.
