Multi-site

The Sigma VS portfolio of network based solutions is able to address the requirements of its customers with a bespoke solution that will facilitate a multi-branch call recording requirement. The solution is a flexible, customer focused, easily installed software solution that will call record over multiple sites without the need for expensive hardware on every site. By using the the network, it allows any user with an internet browser, user name and password the ability to access calls within seconds of them being made. 

Inbound

Using a unique number for each piece of promotional activity or for each department within the business, you will be able to tell exactly how many calls you are getting, what time of day the calls arrive, what the duration of each call is, which piece of promotional activity works and which doesn’t.

IVR

Sigma’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) platform can be used for a variety of applications from simple, single level auto-attendant services through to more complex on-line booking services, that uses Sigma’s Autopay product for payment facilities.
